Our goal for this event is to bring amazing female subscription box entrepreneurs together and create a supportive environment in a business world that can feel lonely.
Alongside your Box Besties, you'll relax, connect, learn, work, play, laugh, cry and have a-ha moments next to the pool, allowing the sun to melt away your fears, receiving mentorship that breaks down your limiting beliefs…all with a piña colada (or your drink of choice!) in your hand.

THE AGENDA
This is not your typical work conference that has you booked solid in sessions from 9-5. There's much more room for flow and creativity. The agenda for each day is loosely detailed below.
Day One
On your arrival day, you will have plenty of time to relax, as attendees will be arriving throughout the day. After you get to the resort, check-in and head on over to your room and make yourself at home! Lounge at the pool, order room service, or simply unwind. Join us that evening to meet your new Box Besties at our Welcome Reception and grab your Swag Bag! Then you have the rest of the night to explore the beautiful Margaritaville resort.

Day Two
The morning of the full day of the retreat is all about learning! These workshops will allow you to get hands-on help from experts! Then you'll break for lunch with your Box Besties at one of the many restaurants on-site. (not included in ticket price) After lunch, we'll mastermind on the rooftop terrace next to the pool throughout the afternoon. In the evening, we'll do a special group outing.

- Mindset workshop
- Hands-on video creation workshop
- Planning Workshop
- Masterminding session by the pool
- More TBA!

Day Three
The last day of the retreat is all about taking action! We don't want you to go home feeling overwhelmed at all, so we've carved out time to implement some of the tactics you've learned! You'll leave with a sense of accomplishment and a renewed excitement for your box business!
We will close out the official retreat at noon on Thursday, so plan to stay until then, but many attendees will choose to extend their stay. Depart with a full heart, incredible memories, a support system and a bank full of knowledge to grow. Nothing can stop you!
